I like this recipe, but that isn’t “bread crumbs!” If you use bread crumbs, it will not taste like farofa at all! You need to use farinha (course not fine). Farinha is made from manioc root in Brazil. 🇧🇷
Só tô com uma dúvida nos ingredientes. Bread crumbs seria a farinha de rosca já comprada pronta ou feita com o pão dormido pra poder fazer a farofa? Me dá um help pq não quero viver só de farofa da Yoki 😩🥺
Why are you using "bread crumbs" for Farofa? You can get manioc (cassava flour) here in the USA. Julia Cassava Flour, Roasted is an excellent choice. Bread crumbs would get soggy and is simply not farofa.
