In the Philippines we also have salpicao but it consists of cubed steaks sautéed in lots of garlic and worcestershire sauce. But your salpicao de frango is very similar to our macaroni salad, just replace the potatoes with macaroni. Even the raisin is essential in that recipe! 😀😋
