Easily, the go-to channel for farthest frontier content.

I tend to play this game with no strategy whatsoever and solely focus on village aesthetics. I’ll sometimes pause the game when I have enough resources to upgrade all structures at once and let the builders take years to complete everything super inefficiently even on the hardest difficulty… but I’m curious to see how these changes affect my play style and if I’ll actually have to strategize food could be fun

Also the philosophical comparison of how the villagers live in contrast with the modern American dream leading up to 35:00 is why I’m a fan lmao

Well hunters got nerfed even more: you can't use crop fields to lure deer and farm meat any more. Just got 250 out of 600 crops eaten by animals and the hunter is literaly next to 2 tiles entrance to the field (everything else is fenced). I had to manualy hunt all of the deer to keep them from eating even more. The hunter has about 240 meat per year. He kills one deer and while he is butchering it others eat all of your crops. You lose like 50 crops per second when they get in

I was thinking something was off on the earlier game food now with this latest patch. Great video and thank you for all the insights.

Maybe make a second farm at 6x12 and just leave 1 farmer with just working the field and clover while you do shat your found in farm 1. Once your up to 90%+ swap farms to get more. Then expand the 1st one going back and forth expanding/ clearing.
