Awesome breakdown! Just finished gravel worlds yesterday and cracked at mile 110'ish (heart rate basically fell after that). Would love to hear a podcast/youtube about pre and on bike nutrition, especially during gravel events. You guys should drive to Omaha next year for the Loess Hills gravel race. Similar to Crushar (in some ways like miles) but typically hot. Was around 100 degrees all day this year.
