Hi. Thanks for the video At 2:04, the on/off button seems loosen easily but mine is not. I try to pull it out but impossible. Do you have a trick to pull it out?
Is it brand new? If yes, maybe it's a factory defect. If you mean to turn the nub is very difficult,try spray wd40 . To pull out the nub switch try put a piece of cloth around the nub on the back then pull out using the cloth.(home remedy) . Thank you for watching.
