The closest Trader Joe's to us is an hour away. I'm so tempted to try it, though.

Absolutely! They are gluten free which is good since it won’t create inflammation and if you pair them with protein it will keep blood sugar balanced.

Do your kids eat these meals? I want to make healthier meals but my two year old daughter won’t eat chicken or shrimp. I get tired of making separate meals and end up slacking off.

😩😩 no, not usually. I’m working on it though! Slowly adding in some veggies and other items into their meals. I’m hoping to get all of us eating the same meal too!

Hi babe enjoy this TJs specific idea but take a little time to speak SOMETIMES... I COULDNT even understand you name but hear zucchini noodles a bunch (? ) of times. Maybe just slow down in a couple of seconds! I feel shitty to criticize anything. Your ideas are great! I want to subscribe (especially when your directions make it seem quite easy...) but I couldn’t understand some parts. Do appreciate the lovely time-lapse cooking though. Thank you! For majority, vegetarians would welcome more vegetarian ideas. I know GLUTEN FREE IS ALL THE RAGE (did you know anyone in hi school who was gluten-free? This is 2021 did you even know anybody 12 years ago that was just desperately gluten-free? If you’re like me and the answer is no. But there are entire cultures that are vegetarian… But I’m being selfish I’m a vegetarian, not vegan by any means but who cares if it’s gluten-free....fad. Really. Remember in the late 90s when everything had to be Dr. McDougall’s diet or McDougal friendly?)) Your presentation is great. Looks delish.

I’m from New York so I speak faster than probably most. I’m not vegetarian so I don’t cook vegetarian meals. Just because you don’t know anyone with gluten intolerance doesn’t mean it’s not an issue for other people. No worries about not subscribing it doesn’t seem like my channel is a good fit

You are able to slow down and speed up videos that you're watching..instead of asking the person that made this video..at No Cost to you, to speak slower...while, you can't seem to process information at a normal rate.
