I worked at a salad and sandwich restaurant and the best way to make your salads taste great is mixing different greens - romaine, spinach, spring, etc. The different textures and flavours make it so much more enjoyable! Also cutting everything into small bite sized so you get a little bit of everything in each bite!

I’ve been incorporating the sauerkraut too- you’re right about keeping our intestinal system healthy....you do such a fabulous job explaining the science behind why you’re eating the way you do!

That salad looked so good. ❤️ Liquid amino acids is a gluten free soy sauce. Most stores have it.

Thanks so much for these videos, I am learning a lot. I was diagnosed 19 years ago, treated with Metformin for around a month. Got pregnant and then was put on birth control. I was never told I need it to make changes or how serious PCOS was. Went off birth control a few years ago and lots of problems came with that but PCOS was never mentioned again until this year. Can you share the book about the seeds rotation?

Gut health is so important! Most people don’t realize that over 90% of our serotonin is made in our gut. I love adding sauerkraut to meals to add fiber, iron, and lots of probiotics! Also love that you added the gluten free Oreos, they’re delicious!

Thank you for sharing, I don't have PCOS but for other reasons my husband and I have to eat a gluten free and dairy free diet so this helps a lot.

You need a lot carbohydrates only if you work physically or do a lot of sport right after you've eaten

When u were diagnosed, did u have to lose weight? Or was that not a problem for u?

I was diagnosed at the end of 2014 actually. Since then I’ve had 2 children and even though I’ve lost 20 pounds since last year I still am trying to lose about 20 more. You can check out my video I did back i. September where I go into detail about my whole journey from getting diagnosed to getting pregnant and now getting my pcos under control.
