I’m quite new to sewing clothes… only making shorts. 😅. BUT if I can make this (I’m going to try) I will make some dresses to send. Can you tell me if there’s a uk 🇬🇧 ambassador? Thank you ☺️ Edit- also dress patterns that use French seams would be amazing, because some of us don’t have a serger to keep those seams professionally done 😂😂.

French seams are great, but you can always zig zag over the edges too 😁. Jacqui collects dresses in the UK but don’t forget to let me me know how many you make so that I can keep count

Hi Mari. You said you cut the fabric size 22 x 44. Is that the size before you fold it and sew the 1/2 inch seam? When I count the squares on your cutting mat, it doesn't seem like those are the dimensions. Thanks.

Could I sew lace ribbon over the bias tape and use that on the armhole and bow? Or will that mess up the function of the tape? Thanks!

Thanks for the tutorial. I just received the labels. And I had two copies of the armhole template printed and laminated! I think DB and I shall be cranking out a few dresses next weekend.
