For anyone wondering.. 6 skeins of Bernat Blanket yarn was used with a 12 mm crochet hook to make a 66 inch x 80 inch blanket. The pattern is in the description. Use less if you want a smaller blanket💕
No one can ask any questions unless the answer is in the subtitles. I personally like when there's a voice behind the video, they usually say the hook size and other important things. Hopefully she will get back to everyone that has questions. 🤷♀️
Yeah. I don't think they do anything. I wouldn't subscribe to this channel. Too annoying, no info, no responses, no explanations and the music is annoying.
Click the pattern link in the damn video description, there's ALL the information you could ever dream of right there for your small judgey minds to READ! FFS
Confusing bc I watched the video several times and I didn’t see the chain 1turn, nor was it subtitled-So I followed along without the chain 1turn, and now my work ends are getting shorter, not straight. I wish this easy step was made clear.
Hello, would you be able to tell me how many rows and chains of Bernat Blanket yarn extra would be best for a blanket this style? I have 4 of these yarns and I’m still new.
i live for the silent videos with captions walking us through it, thank you for this pattern! ❤ and the music isnt even bad. turn your volume down instead of complaining publicly in unison. everyones such a joy killer nowadays. i dont see none of yall making tutorials 🤷♀️
you have to sc in the back loop only until the end of the row, then the video skips to alot done on the blanket and it again says to sc back loop only until the end of the row. so my question is what do we do when we get to the end of the row? are we SC in the back loop every row for the whole blanket?
It is SC into back loop until the end of the row. For the last stitch, I suggest just regular SC as it makes the edge look straight. You can also do just a back loop SC for the last stitch. Good catch - I'll post a video with an explanation.
Wow I really enjoyed this one, short and sweet. You started me up, showed the way and easy enough to go one my own I love the calmness of the music playing and I really appreciate the subtitles as well💕great job❗️
I believe, as per usual, you'd chain twice for half double crochet and three chains for a double crochet. And four for treble. I was taught that that is the standard method for chaining.👍🏾
I’m sorry, to be clear does this stitch ever change through the pattern? It hard to believe sc blo is responsible for the design! 🙃 Just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything.
thank you for this PEACEFUL video... I mean I don't hear "yarn over, pull through two... yarn over, pull through three"... it kills me everytime I hear those
I want to make this blanket but I really can’t see how you get the ribbed effect by going into the back loop every row! You really need to be a little bit more clearer, seriously 😢
I enjoyed this video. I thought the music was soothing, as well as the up close of the hook going through the soft yarn. I’m starting this blanket today! Thank you.
I printed the pattern but do not know how many to chain... can someone tell me? It says chain any number. For a blanket with 6 skeins how many do you chain? THANK YOU !
I for one, love this video because there’s no narration except subtitles. Easy to follow and the music is very relaxing. There are so many videos with audio narration, and it drives me crazy. So glad i found this channel, I subscribed :)
Okay have a few questions. So do you just single crochet in the back loop for the entire blanket each row? Or do you only do it in the back loop for every other row?
This is the first time I ever tried this pattern, and I did the single crochet in the back loop for every row. Gorgeous pattern with the Bernat Blanket yarn!

I cannot listen to this music, its awful, and very distracting, verbal instructions work for me, and I have crocheted for years. Pattern looks nice. Thank you
Yes the only difference is the loop you put your hook in, in a normal single crochet you would put it through both loops instead of the back loop only.
@@MarthaGonzalez-bm1kf yes I just rewatched it, after chaining you single crochet for the first row. The second row is back loop only, third row you chain one and single crochet into the back loop only throughout the rest of the blanket.
I LOVE THIS PATTERN, HOWEVER ITS NOT THE SAME WITH THE MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND AND YOU NOT TALKING. YOU WOULD DEFINITELY GET MORE VIEWS IF YOU TALKED IN YOUR VIDEOS AND CUT OUT THE MUSIC
