Super job! Hope your 3-4-5 ‘students’ are paying close attention. With just a couple of the many, many things you guys did right here, there’s utter domination to be had in lower categories. In my early 20’s (now 64) as a 4 and as a 3 my 2 teammates and I took a bunch of races not out of any extraordinary talent, but out of simple cooperation and communication.

I think they were going full force but couldn't pass because of the wind. So the real question is, what if they (somehow) got the inside on us? Either way, great showing by a team of only 2 riders.

this is why.. I believe that governing body of cycling should change the way it presents the winners, you can't win all by yourself, you have a teammate that worked so hard and sacrifices too much for a sprinter (protected rider) to win.. but it is the domestique who work so hard till the finish line just to see his protected rider on the podium but the domestique is not even recognized for his effort.. It should be a team that goes up into the podium, not just the one who crossed the line first and besides this is a team game not an individual (TT). Like you have said, each member has a role to play.. that is why it's called a TEAM (nothing against you, I'm speaking in general). You are a great sprinter man! Just my 2 cents...

that's why cycling should be a team game.. you cannot do this on your own.. I know everyone has their own responsibility, but the one on the podium didn't do it on its own.. that is why when you go up to the podium.. it should be all members of the team, it's team effort..
