This makes selling fish also way more worth it instead of selling it to the sovereigns. Since fish counts as a supply you can dive to the North Star seapost and sell it there for the increased gold and rep
@@Warm_and_loveable selling with a guild emissary is also something some players can’t do. Yeah I understand where you come from. But this is for those players who can’t access that guild emissary and what not
Good thinking! If you were really familiar with all the Checkpoints you definitely could! A lot of the Shores of Gold ones are random but there are definitely some that are guaranteed like Sailor's Bounty for Art of the Trickster.
Oh no! That's a shame :( It might be overpowered if you could dive to the same server for the reasons we mentioned. You could just pop up on a Reaper's Emissary or any other Emissary you see on your Map Table. It would be tough for them to react since they can't spot you sailing in from miles away.
No problem! It's definitely helpful! We usually keep leaving and setting sail again to get a new Outpost whenever we spawn somewhere we don't want to be.
I don't know if it's just my computer or what? Every time I try to fast travel. I end up underwater drowning and then when I mermaid. My ship is docked at a Outpost.
Getting hit by cannonballs from other crew doesn't count as voting for a tall tale. You are doing it wrong. You need to vote in the desired tall tale in the quest table. Cheers!
Yesterday 3 of 4 times I went to do a raid voyage and got out of the water near the Raid. There was a ship very close by,I was getting very pissed and gave up on playing. 2 times I spawed in Marauder's Arch and this happened. Are people trying to abuse this system to sink ships that appear?
Hmm, so you are saying you appeared on the new server close to other ships? We haven't really experienced that. Like we mention, you can't dive to a ship on the same server so people are not using it to get close to you. It sounds like you are unfortunately having bad luck with spawning right next to other pirates.
@@RareThief I've experienced it too. I dove and came up maybe a square away from a reaper brig with their sails up that immediately made a bee line for me. Two other times I dove to do an OoS Ashen Winds and someone was already doing it. Their ships were 20 seconds away from me. They had no chance.
Aye, it should make sure the island you are going to is unoccupied, but it is possible for ships to still be several squares away. They shouldn't be closer than that though. Some people have reported diving to an occupied World Event so perhaps it's not working as intended 100% of the time.
@@RareThief Perhaps it's a "tries to" thing rather than a guarantee thing, like if there are no unoccupied ones it'll default to an occupied one so you get something. Or circumstances at the location changed between the server check and actually arriving there.
I have played a very unhealthy amount of time since this new update, and will dive upwards of 20 times in a session. I have yet to appear on anything being actively cleared. The closest we have gotten was a ship spawned on an outpost that was almost four squares away, it wasn't there. 30 seconds later we looked it was docked, it left dock and dived itself immediately. I have yet to dive and even see a reaper flag on the map where we emerge. I'm convinced it places emergent ships into a fresh server.
I was actually just thinking about how convenient it would be to be able to just dive to reapers, because they have two unique stores. This is a real time saver!
Wait so the country I'm in. I only have servers of the country that I'm in. Like let's say I'm in Kuwait. So the servers are only gonna be Kuwait? Or can it be changed when I dive
Can you make video or explain in the comments why i still see red skulls in the air. I know that fort of the damned shows up like that and there is no more fort of fortune as i know. So why i keep seeing those red cracked skulls which are not fort of the damned.
Aye, that's the Fort of Fortune! It is a rare World Event filled with Athena's Fortune treasure: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hdmhFUxduvc.html
ye. thanks to ppl like such, SoT gets worse and worse. Why not make outposts a safe space? why even pvp? oh u like the game how it was in pirate style? well, now you get loot after joining a server and can log out :) even that would be not fast enough *sighs*
Yeah because a title like "Fast Travel to Any Region in Sea of Thieves but changing servers in consequence" would be very appealing. They explain in the video that you actually change server everytime you dive
Hmm, okay. We didn't mean to be misleading. The way we were thinking, to take advantage of this feature in the best way, it doesn't matter if you are on a different server, so it feels like Fast Travel. Finding Legends of the Sea, taking in the view at the highest peak in all the regions, fishing for a specific type of fish, and so on.
@@zombieruckspinFast travel doesn’t really imply staying on the same server at all. It implies traveling directly from point A to point B which is what this does.
