I've had/ridden a few of Kev's blaster builds... They are AMAZING for a little 200CC kid's bike. And I weigh about 225! Super fun for just a little $$$...
Hey I give a crap I've been watching your videos for a while now I love how you still dabble with blasters here and there and I love how you still work on them and do your part Magic I'm always interested in what you have when you post it amazing work you do I love blasters I've owned a lot of Two Strokes growing up but mostly two stroke dirt bikes growing up but I found myself into blasters now and I know it can't be easy doing what you do and then posting and editing videos of it on a almost regular basis that's got to be hard so I respect everything you do for the Motorsports community🤘‼️
Nice port work…I’m running a 71 mm airsal once it needs plated I’ll port it. I’m already at 40Hp with 0.45 squish and 190+ psi and I run a plate with 3mm an stroker deck height 0…I’m at 237.9 so 238cc
We are still waiting on the diy banshee stock cylinder video also waiting to see the results for the driveline cylinders you had said you were gonna do.
Coming soon but the customer wanted the Driveline cylinder bike. I didn't have time to get it on the dyno. It will be back and I'll try again then. Tim, time, time
Can I send a motor in to you? How much do put a cheta cub in a banshee motor? I had a guy build me a banshee with an Athena kit. 68’s in it. Nothing too fancy and he told me a price of 6 grand to start but now that it is built he said 8300 just in parts? N that wasn’t including labor? Is that a reasonable price? I’m thinking he wants to put another 2 grand on top of that 8300. I feel like I’m getting screwed can you please give me a quote? I live in Tucson Arizona.
What's hp you been getting? I bought my daughter a yamaha blaster a few years ago, I modded it as well. Had port n polish, 34mm intake along with 34mm mikuni carb. Kept the oil injection, installed it on the carb. Did a few other mods 😉. It will take my brother's Polaris scrambler 400 2-stroke 4x4 in a drag race, it jumps out to a quad length and never looks back. It does a little over 70mph. Stock was around 55mph or so.... my daughter is 19 years old 5'' 9" and loves to ride. It's at the limits of pump gas 91 octane right now. I didn't do a 240 kit, just 10.3:1 compression piston and head work, transfer ports, ect... changes on sprockets, tires, ect....
Nice portng work to say the least! I have a DT200L cylinder that I want ported for my Blaster DT200 swap, I think I will mail it to you if thats ok, I live in Canada and the mail is slow but its worth the wait, I also have a 10 thou oversize piston for it to be bored as well
You seem very familiar with blasters. You have 3 that I’m building and I’m trying to find a motor builder. My daughter wants to start racing. I’m looking at doing 2 blasters with the Airsal 200cc cylinder and 1 with a Airsal 225cc cylinder and 3mm stroker crank... if you got an email I’d like to see if you could help out and how much you’d charge.
Did you modify port timings at all? I read that the vitos port timings are bad and I was given a vitos cylinder I would like to practice minor porting on,. I'm curious if dropping or raising the timing 1mm would make them any better for a stock stroke engine?
@@herrjugsracing7816 so there's no simple amount to take off in certain areas for a mild diy port job on a blaster 240 cylinder? I don't currently have a piston so I can't use a degree wheel to get the numbers, I figured I would do a mild clean up and port if possible before I bought a piston since this jug was given to me
