Lithuanians vs spanish. In this video I test out the Fastest drush possible in a real game. It turns out to be quite strong, despite a good reaction from my opponent. I decide to follow it up with a fast castle, simply because I was behind on finding all my resources. Note this is actually very hard to do and requires a lot of practice, definitely has a very high ceiling though. Hope you guys enjoy my first DE gameplay on youtube! -- Watch live at / hera_aoc

Hey Hera! You need to give more inputs at the end of the games. If you were in the loser's position, what steps you would have taken... I know you mentioned towers... but can it be a little more exhaustive?

@@thehandleisuseless A group of archers in the enemies base uncontested is pretty much a GG. That will cost you 5 or more villagers, and at that point so early in the game there is barely any chance for comeback

I dont understand too much of competitive aoe 2. Why did he resigned so early? He still had many villagers and buildings.

Pretty much if someone loses an advantage so early all the other player has to do is not royally mess up and he wins regardless. So pretty much saving everyone time. And yes you can come back but playing hera makes that less of a chance lol

Not an expert, but i'd say that he overcommited to scouts, who didn't really accomplish much of anything, which put his econ way behind the enemy.

it's about sportsmanship, the other guy knew that there is almost no comeback from the last assault of hera and he can do nothing with his scout because all hera vill's were wall or close to forum

Hera was in Castle and without defense by a tower or skirms 'some archer' will kill/timeout several vills while hera can just continue doing his business. He was able to defend at his base while putting heavy pressure on his opponents.
