Part of the trick is finding the ways past the excuses that seems like our intuition is telling us or what our brain keeps nagging us about. Asking OUR-SELF some questions or looking at a journal where we have written some things we know might come across the wavelengths of the mind might help sort some things out. I'm still on the slow and steady track to finding out what might not need to be found, rather finding out what needs to be lost.

Mostly just incredibly strong impulses for comfort like food, my mom, video games, just being in a town with other people walking around 😄 A constant battle in me between being persistent and sticking to my goals and and being satisfied in the long term, and just giving up and having instant comfort and gratification. I pretty much just had to deal with my mind not shutting up about why I should end it, and I had to listen to the comments and impulses of that in the heat for like 14 hours every day 😆 There were plenty of other things as well.
@@HyattGonser right. I get what you mean. Slow but steady wins the race afterall. Patience is a virtue. I think youre doing great when it comes to fasting. And being a little better today than you were yesterday creates progress of unimaginable quality and quantity in our lifes.

Hey most people want comfort and it’s not a bad thing as long as you don’t stay in your comfort zone too long. I’m new to your channel, your an inspiration to me already. I want to do what you do, but my doctors say I have to take psych meds and if I was on the road I wouldn’t have access to them
Man, you need to take care of yourself. Eat some eggs (raw or cooked). Do some physically exhausting work. Make sure you get good sleep. You are getting sun, that is good. Consider this high worth advice.
