You have a fantastic attitude! Enjoyed your video. I didn't know people fasted for several days. I lost 50 lbs several years ago but am back up and so searching for inspiration and good attitudes!

Hi Erin! Fasting has so many benefits, like autophagy, which is the body healing itself. In addition to weight loss, it's definitely worth giving it a try!

Your videos are awesome - I love your honesty and how very relatable you are. I’m sorry that you’re experiencing some pain right now! I hope it’s feeling better. In terms of the knee brace, I’m not a doctor, but when I’ve had some injuries in the past my physical therapist has said to be careful of becoming reliant on the brace. So you might want to wear it for a few days but start to wean yourself off it so your muscle can strengthen again. Maybe there’s a physical therapist you can talk to? Good luck and keep sharing your progress!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I was giving myself a week to see if rest, the brace and ice would improve it, and I am happy to report it has. It's been 8 days since I injured it, so as you recommended, I will be using the brace less only during exercises! 💜💜💜

My son dislocated his patella at Disney World (of all places) and he now wears the bigger brace (the exact one in your right hand) every waking moment. If it continues to trouble you, maybe consult a physio to get info on proper form. He now does similar lifts while sliding up and down a wall.

I've been lifting weights for years but I noticed when I started lifting weights off of rolling and extended fasts...my muscles and knees are more sensitive. I started taking Vitamin D and omega 3 supplements..as well as potassium and that helps but also when it comes to squats or anything with knees..I use body weight only and I'm still getting the same results. Sleep and rest are related to injuries as well. If I sleep for 7 hours are more I feel stronger and more energetic. I have to force at least 2 rest days in between workouts because your body needs to recover from strenuous workouts as well. I was so hell bent on losing a massive amount of weight quickly..I was hurting my body. So I alternate with R72 and ADF...I also will throw a dry fast or two in there and that seems to work well.. Thank you for your transparency!

Hello, I hope your Knee gets better, I know that limits what you can do when it comes to exercising.. I know that you like to talk about your journey and what you are doing and your results, and some of us want to know the youtuber's journey because it gives us that is on this weightloss journey also can glean from you and others, and get Ideas, so will you ever consider sharing more of a Full Day of What I Eat In Day on your Rolling72? Thank you for sharing this portion of your day I do ADF for over 2 years and Intermittent Fasting for Over 10 years now and it gets kind boring so getting new Ideas of the meals for this type of Journey is encouraging , I may put my hand to the Rolling72s once I know more info on it..... Seems a lot like ADF but youre doing 72 hours instead of 36-42 hours.. Blessings
