This is an intense 12 minute workout that is going to get your heart rate up and help you burn that fat! All you will need today is a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat (feel free to do this without weights if you’re a beginner!), and some water to stay hydrated. Make sure you warm up before this workout to get your blood flowing and reduce the risk of injury. This is a shorter workout so follow along and push yourself and I promise you will feel amazing after.

Breakdown of the workout:
2 rounds: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
1) squat jacks
2) push up to renegade row
3) burpee with a curl
4) side squat side to side walks
5) squat punches
6) mountain climbers to high knees

My 2021 fitness goal is to just be a better version for myself. Lately, I haven't been so motivated and loving towards myself and now and for 2021, I was to find myself again. I want to love me and be me.

My fitness goal is to become more consistent with working out. I was working out 3x a week for around 8 months but then I started getting busy with work, school, and mine and my sisters’ new business so I started slacking but I’m going to try to be more consistent and get motivated again!!

My fitness goal is to love myself in 2021! I work out with Muna and she has been training with me three times a week to make this goal. For too long, I’ve let anxiety and self-hatred run my relationship with food and fitness and it shows on my body. Now, I’m learning to love myself through the process while the results I want will come when they are supposed to!

Love the video! Gonna try to do this for my next workout! My fitness goal for 2021 is to get back into shape. I gained a lot of weight during quarantine but I’ve been trying not to be hard on myself because I know this year has been stressful for everyone. Hopefully next year I can get back on track! ☺️

My fitness goals is to hold myself accountable and make sure I get some type of workout in daily. Whether it’s 5 minutes of jump roping or a walk around my neighborhood. Also to increase my water intake!

My fitness goal this year is to become more consistent with my fitness goals. I always get into it for 2 months and then just stop for another 3-4. I know that I can push myself daily to be better. I have been following your page for more guidance and discipline.

It’s the hardest thing to find consistency! Especially with gyms closing now. I believe in you though, it takes time and you shouldn’t punish yourself if you fall off track. It happens to everyone! It’s the best feeling to do something for yourself though and you deserve to do things that make you feel good and happy!! Thank you for supporting me, let’s reach these goals together

Hi Ann, just wanted to first tell you that I recently started following you after coming across your tik tok account a month ago. I’ve also have been doing your workouts and I just want to say that I love you. My fitness goal for next year is to really make it become a lifestyle. I want to slowly incorporate more vegetables and fruits in my meals, more my body in different ways such as dancing again, jumping, workouts, etc. I’ve been on a journey this year where I had lost the amount of weight that I wanted but was horrible at maintaining it so I gained it back. However, I want to take it slow and steady this time with consistency. Thank you for the giveaway as well.

Jasmine 😭 you’re so sweet. I love you back. And yes girl, it is hard....it is really really hard but once you make it a routine your body is just going to crave the rush of endorphins. It gets easier and I know you can do it! It’s also all about moderation, you can still have the foods you like but just make sure you don’t over for it. When you aren’t restricting stuff from your diet you’re going to be so much happier and dieting will be more sustainable. When I tried to eat completely clean I was unhappy and it didn’t last long. Making sure you’re mentally and physically happy is more important than anything. It’s such a learning process, I’m here for you!!! Thank you for sharing your goals, I think it helps to say your goals out loud so that you manifest it into actions. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

That’s the key! Finding things you actually enjoy because it’ll actually be sustainable. You should try jump roping, it’s easy and a cheap way to get in cardio, I’ve been loving it this year. And hiit workouts. Hiit workouts are fun and I see the most progress with then

Haha the struggle. No matter how hard I workout hiking is always a struggle. Cardio is fun!! I like hiit because you can take breaks haha, I’m not great at steady state cardio over a mile. Thank you so much for the support!! I appreciate it a lot ❤️❤️❤️

OMG 😳 I’ve always wanted to try a half marathon but I’m scared. You’re amazing!!! And yes these are all things I need to do also, maybe just cutting out red meat. I’m Vietnamese and can imagine not eating some viet dishes. I just got a foam roller and it’s really nice for those deep stretched after a workout. Yes! Working out is so good for your internal health!! Its hard because we all (even me) started doing it to improve my physical appearance but now I can just feel how good my heart and body feels after a workout and it really is important to fight diseases and keep your heart functioning. On days I don’t want to I just know how good it is to move my body even for just 30 mins. You should down load RunKeeper app. You can track your runs and see your progress, it helps motivate me!

Hiiiii! I'm just a college student over here trying to graduate and get my degree! And in the meantime, of course, keep my sanity and working out is my way to do it🥰 Fitness goal: it's been a rough couple of years for me. I've been really really struggling to put on weight! So far I've put on about 20 pounds. Currently, I'm 120 and 5"7, but I want to get to 130-135! I'm also trying to do it in a healthy way and not feel bloated. It's been a struggle but I know I'll get there🥰 I just wanna build a bit of muscle and look toned up everywhere on my body, not just in one place!

Love it!! You will get there! It’s a slow progress but every day counts. Have you tried incorporating protein shakes in your diet? It’s helped me a lot to gain muscle and weight after lifting

You can do it girl! I would recommend a combo of cardio and weight lifting. Cardio has helped me lean out but building muscle will help boost your metabolism and burn fat even after your workout
