Workout Breakdown (3 rounds! You can do more or less to change the intensity)
1) Romanian Split Squats Left
2) Romanian Split Squats Right
3) Prisoner Squats
4) Hip Thrusts
5) Step Ups Right
6) Step Ups Left
7) Sumo Squat Pulses
Ab Workout (2 rounds!)
1) Bicycle Flutter
2) V Sit to In and Out
3) Leg Lift to Abduction
4) Full Sit Up Twist
5) Mountain Climber Knee Taps
