Calling a show 'Fat Families' is the original crime. There's no other way to say, 'Fat Families is disgusting'. Not only is the show disgusting but actual fat families are pretty gross too.

No only ultra processed fake food is addictive to the genetically vulnerable, homemade from scratch does not ruin gut bacteria and satiety. If you simply make you own burgers, chips and pizza from scratch including your own bread and dough from just four ingredients, it has been proven in experiments you enjoy the taste just as much but consume far less, 500 calories per day less of exactly the same dishes because you don't go back for seconds when the food is homemade and not destroying your microbiome, because your satiety signal works when you eat minimally processed real food instead of ultra processed like most bread and dough and sauces and condimrnts that fat countries eat is. Italians and French make their own of everything more, so don't overeat as much.

I occasionally smell a similar smell to them lip balms and an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia arises, and the little music boxes they were so sick!
