What a beautiful train wreck! Hats off to y’all fellas. The longer it went and more intoxicated you got, the funnier it is. Wozza on the piss with an open mic can be hazardous to your health. Great show and great work bring in the money for Libby Mae’s.
Massive respect to you lads for doing this, I know you do a podcast every week but actually going and sitting in front of people to do a show that's usually edited and has no pressure has got to be nerve racking. I didn't go, but donated to the cause. Well in lads, I'm not done yet but it's a great watch so far!
I’ll answer the question for you re the 51% in simple terms as the guys answer to the question was clearly made up on the spot! Birmingham was owned by two shareholders previously. BSHL & Oriental rainbow investments. BSHL sold 24% of shares to knighthead and rainbow sold 21 odd%. Which meant Knighthead are now the highest individual shareholders in Birmingham city and have replaced the current board as that’s the agreements that have been formed in the spa when buying the company. The reason they didn’t buy more shares is that BSHL wanted to keep the stock exchange listing. All of the remaining shares are in the SPA agreement are to be purchased at a date when Knighthead and BSHL agree in the future. Knighthead are in full control of the company and the other two shareholders have no voting rights. This is the answer to the question, so don’t worry BSHL and Rainbow have nothing more to do with BCFC they are just shareholders. Great show lads
Listening to this whilst working. When Pugh mentioned Musk, Right Wing views and then "nailing his colours to the mast" I expected a cut from a highly offensive joke.
