I was totally concentrated on workouts and my lifestyle in lock down and I reliase that I was in very bad situation due to my work pressure n pushing junk foods in to my tummy due to lack of time n laziness.this free time I really enjoyed doing workouts in sun light. It was since one month j am doing this and next week I will give my vit d test let's see where I am ..

The Anchor was horrible. She was interrupting you when you were deeply explaining. She tried to pretend some other person not she. She doesn't know when to crack jokes. She was interrupting n cracking jokes when you were explaining. That's why Achor Suma Will be remembered forever. By the way. You educated many people via this video. Niharika, consume either homemade ghee or any other fat, 30-45 minutes later, you can go with, any other foods of your choice... I suggest basic yoga/ breathing post your first food. Hope this works.
