Hi Poornima, Your videos have become an addiction. I have been watching them continuously. I have PCOS and followed another video where you have shared the low intensity workouts are not of use. I have visceral fat and grade 1 fatty liver. This is due to the stress I have. How do I plan my workouts with the problems I have. Will a combination of low intensity and high intensity work. Please let me know. Also I watched videos on breathing techniques, water consumption and earthing... its like going back to basics and didn't know the importance of such basic things Eagerly waiting for your video on sleeping regime. From today I will have to consciously correct my posture(thanks to desk job as I am used to slouching), have right amounts of water and breathe properly. Thank you so much for sharing the knowledge. Kudos to the great effort being put on changing lifes Ps : sorry for the long comment. This is the first time ever I commented on any video.

Unknowingly I take lot of stress for unnecessary things ... like recent Bollywood hero’s suicide news disturbed me for 3 days. I really don’t want to take stress but it happens automatically. I will try your guidelines and let you know for any improvements in my thought process.

I have been overweight even from childhood ....n after marriage thyroid ..stress everything I got ...I have a 2 n half yr old baby n a very unsupported family which s Inc ..my stress. ...I m being body shamed ...to some irrelevant fights.
