@@PiccoloNamexio COTW Buster Wolf is bad, but other effects really are better than in KOF 15. At least there is hope that they are all improved, because KOF 15's effects in the first reveals were worse and improved until the final/launch version.
SF3, from 97-99, also looks better than the 3d SF sequels. And 2d Marvel (from 94-00) looks better than the 3d MvC sequels. So those are other examples.
Why does everything look so stiff in the new version? The original had so much clothing animation detail, made it feel so smooth and graceful, while the new one has none of that.
Because it's 3d. Same thing for SF3 graphics vs the SF 3d sequels... only with a smaller constrast in some details, because modern SF games have better physics technology than the modern SNK games. But it was still a huge loss for the franchise to abandon SF3's standards.
Takuma is the originator of Marco's fighting style, handed down to his son Ryo, who was Marco's sensei. And Marco's stage is a fitness club belonging to Ryo's sister Yuri.
@@RuhabDabeer This isn't KOF, where character ages are all over the place. This is Fatal Fury, where chronology is observed, so Art of Fighting with a young Geese Howard happens first, then Fatal Fury with a child Rock Howard, then Garou with a grown up Rock. Also, while age doesn't really matter with great martial arts masters like Tung Fu and Jubei, Raiden and Hwa Jai are just your average fighters.
