I've been on the bus tried calling metro for help and the operators tell you cannot call them while your on the bus.. which makes these situations happen and get innocent people killed
I always wondered why sometimes they don't charge, a few weeks ago I realized that when a crime related to the MTA occurs they don't charge the next day, so when they don't charge it is because a crime related to the MTA occurred

Years ago there was metro police, they would be everywhere on trains and the stations ! Whatever happened to them ? Like maybe a year ago I saw them again one saying to the other oh you finally got your but kick while others laugh and joke on. Now again what happened to them ?

The news coverage magnifies the problem more than it is. Many more people died in car crashes during the same period and yet you don't see the Mayor calling for more street patrols. One Tesla killed 3 teens out of 6 that were in the car. Where is the emergency response for thst?
