Join me and my dad on his first ever wild camp and canoe camping adventure in the North of the UK! After months of hard work, my dad was in dire need of a change of scenery, and this trip was the perfect escape to nature.
We had an unforgettable experience with epic fishing during the late hours of the day, something that will stay with us forever.
We also tried a new setup for our camp structure, using the inner part of our tent and a tarp overhead instead of the rain fly. This allowed for better ventilation and a more open and airy feel, resulting in no condensation whatsoever.

It was never our intention to hook the trout through the eye but it happened, and the severity of the wound was too grave to release her back, knowing it would essentially suffer unnecessarily for a long time.
