My heart breaks the most for Jamison. I am so thankful he has two great fathers who are helping him navigate this. Jamison will keep her memory alive and well.

I'm so happy to see that Jameson is with these men!! You can tell how much they love him, their impact statements had me in tears!! We very often don't get to see what happens with the other siblings in these cases, so wonderful to see it here!!

Little Jamison's letter absolutely broke me. It's so innocent, how he's so concerned that she has her glasses so she can see. 💔

It's Kayla's statement that the judge should have banned omg what a self serving rant of her weird feelings of ??love?? for this creep....not a damn word for the innocent victim HARMONY. Disgusted.

Their statements on Jamison's behalf absolutely broke my heart. No little kid should ever have to go through what he's been through. I sat in my office crying along with them. What a fantastic job they did conveying their son's feelings, and their own. I'm glad they can try to move on now. It's a shame Adam won't be man enough to tell them where Harmony is. That little boy deserves closure.

Now this is what Parenting is all about. The two men made me cry with their eloquent statements.

The court have failed Harmony, they shouldn't have let Adam have custody of his daughter. Given his criminal past, Harmony would've had a better life even with a foster family. This would have never happened if he never had custody in the first place.

My heart goes out to Jamison and his fathers and family! Their victim impact statements regarding how their son, Jamison felt about his big sister, Harmony touched my heart (I was at work at Walmart and broke down in tears) and I am so thankful he has loving parents now to care for and nurture and guide him through the rest of his life. Thank you for speaking on behalf of your son, Jamison and Harmony too. 💕

I was crying listening to your words.

So unbelievable that someone, called a"father" was able to kill a 5 year old kid! What a dark , evil and criminal mind. I have no words! His criminal past was horrific! His penalty is a joke! He deserves 1000 years in prison! No coffee, no citgaretes, no tablet , no visitors. Solitary confinement. Only left over food. During his interrogation he asked always the police investigators for cigarettes. That was his only concern. When one of the investigators asked him where Harmony could be he refused to cooperate. Drive to hell Adam Montgomery!

This reminds me of a case out here in greatfalls,Montana, the judge took a kid out of a loving foster home and put him back with his real parents and they beat him to death with in a year, his name was Tony renova and he was also 5. Very very sad. The dad got 100 years an I believe the mom did as well

Those are good dads. They went the distance to speak on behalf of their son and the loss of his sister.

Is he even going to survive? Child killers dont fair well especially with all the details and how cold and heinous he is. Dont think hes going to live a long life.

I want to know how Adam Montgomery got custody of Harmony with his criminal records? The judge and CPS workers and CPS supervisors need to be investigated and some jail time.

Jameson has wonderful parents that so eloquently spoke from Jamesons heart. I felt your love for him and sadly I feel that was the only love Harmony had other than her foster family.

It was interesting to sit and watch his demeanor in the courtroom especially not seeing him through his own trail. He was definitely biting his tongue not to say anything. You can't stand being the bad guy the eyes that are on him in the courtroom he knows people are judging him he can't handle that you can tell he's trying to contain himself the whole neck cracking thing you can tell the remotes of movement that represented stress. But guess what buddy your sentencing and victim impact statements they have no choice but to listen to it

These CHILD K have GOT TO STOP.. There were billions before Harmony ( They all need a voice since theirs is taken away way to young and for NO REASON) and billions after and if they dont change the laws this is going to keep happeing. and until cps and other agencies that are suppose to protect children from Monsters Like him take our children who need help to get away from these monsters. Hope all kind find some comfort that in knowing he is going to NEVER be able to hurt another child ever again.

Adam won't reveal the location of Harmony's body as it is the last ownership and control that he has over Harmony's mother as punishment for leaving him. A reduced sentence doesn't matter to him, control matters to him.

My heart breaks for Harmony and those who love her & miss her. But I’m also sad for Adam. His soul is damaged. Maybe due to childhood trauma, genetics, addiction or a combination. But he is unwilling or unable to change. And many adults failed to help until too late. Hopefully we learn & do better for Jamison & other children.

Kayla’s impact statement was more like a letter to Adam. She obviously still has feelings for him. Weird!!!

He’s never going to give the location of Harmonys remains. I truly don’t believe that there’s much left of poor little Harmony. Listening to how he had dismembered her, after carrying her around for more than 6 months, squeezing out any & all body fluids after she was deceased for more than 3 months, and then having his then wife help to cut off her clothing & carry her from location to location. Yeah, there’s very little left of little Harmony, maybe her skull. If any part of her was left, he dumped it in the river flowing through that 200mile region. He would have only had the skull left in that bag & that’s either been buried in a shallow grave & been dug up by the wildlife to further be scattered & never recovered, or he would have completely smashed it as there would be no skin, nothing left of her but bones, he easily could have dumped into that water way.

Why was this guy out on the streets? Why is it that creeps like this are out walking this earth? These kind of people who have a rap sheet a mile long are always let go, back into the world and it never becomes serious until AFTER they murder someone. This kind of stuff could be prevented if these creeps aren't freed the 1st time.

I watched this trial I've spent the last 14 years watching cases trials criminal videos after I had to stop college because of loss of funding I still had 51 more credits to finish my bachelor's in forensics so I've studied criminals their demeanors how they act learning what I can learn from forensics learning how the court system with the most part kind of functions this guy is just the worst of the worst and even worse than Casey Anthony because I believe Casey Anthony accidentally overdosed her daughter trying to put her out so she can party this punk really punched his daughter in the face over and over again till she just sat there and died from brain hemorrhaging

Wait, how did they get Harmonys brother, Jamison? I thought Harmony’s biological mother had got her life together, got clean, well before having another child? So, She kept having children after losing Harmony & then lost that baby boy to the system also?? Wow, what a piece of trash this poor little girl was born too. I’m not giving Harmonys mother a pass as so many have. She continued bringing life into this world when she didn’t have custody of the other. She wasn’t looking for Harmony & wasnt in her life, or Harmony would still be alive. How would this little boy even know about Harmony? They were never raised together as she lost Harmony when she was two years old & died before she was five years old. I don’t know why they would be sharing this information of her death with such a young boy. Maybe I missed something. Further, why didn’t the prosecutor want these people too speak??? Every victim is allowed to speak during the victim impact statement phase, so why not these two men whom are raising another child of the mother??? Harmonys brothers voice would have more than qualified as immediate impact, although he’s so young, & should have never known about his sisters death, not until he’s much older, it should not have mattered.
