Personal experience bhai mujhe ek baar aaya tha panic attack gym mei fever k baad directly chla gya tha gym phir gym 5-6 month gya he nhe Darr k mare....ab slowly steadily weight bharaya...body aur mind ko use to karwaya environment se....agar by chance panic attack AA bhi Jaye to mei aane deta hun aur resist nhe krta...is mindset se abhi rak to aaya nhe... It's only mind game...Brain threat samajh kr adranaline pump kr deta hai blood streams mei aur hm Darr jate hai... Mind strong kr bhai aur koi life mei problem hai to sort out kr use...Enjoy and take it with ease...

​@@deepaksarudizziness to mujhe bhi hote hai mei 1.5 -2 hrs train krta hun...aaram se time ley kr...ek baar panic attack aaya ho to hmara dimag baar baar thode bhaut palpatation mei he ghabra jata hai... I just got used to it and feel great now...kabhi kabhi Darr lgta hai for couple of seconds but positive mindset helps....And defence mechanism he hai brain ka yeh to zaada sochta he ne mei...

Khoon pocha nahi dimag tak... to hota aise .. Jyada time khade mat reh .. or lamba time gym kia to agle din jhatka marega body.. rest or nutrition nai Mila to
