Hi sir . My report SGOT : 40.3 SGPT : 84.9 Alkaline Phosphotase : 170.0 Gamma GT : 90 Bilirubin and cholestrol levels are normal.. past 1.5 years i have been taking Isotretinoin tablet for pimple but i never been used medicine in my life before. And i am not an alcoholic and smoker but i used to take non veg on daily basis including with 2 eggs daily.. other than this i maintain healthy diet in the morning and maintaining BMI levels What would be the reason for elevared liver enzymes? If it is due to fatty liver why it not reflected in cholestrol level. I want to know the reason for my fatty liver either because of tablet or non veg or what would be possible reason for this sir.. I need your suggestions

Sir,Your elevated liver enzyme values are definitely due to Fatty LIVER ,made worse by non veg diet and eggs.Stop these two. Isotretinoin is known to cause altered liver enzyme profile in 15% of patients receiving it. Please consult a heatocellular specialist immediately.All the best.

For a lean individual,Grade 1 Fatty liver is nothing to worry.You can reverse it provided you follow steps advised in the video sir.

In the blood test albumin bilurubin levels are normal. Ultra sound scan shows normal echo pattern inclusive of kidney/ pancreas. Yes,very much possible and probable.Ayurvedic medicines could be the culprits in your case,though one cannot be certain.Stop those medicines immediately. Repeat the blood tests and consult your doctor.

Everything depends on which stage of fatty liver your liver is?It should /would have been given in the USG report.If it is in Stage 1, there is nothing to worry and with minimal dietary restrictions and lifestyle modifications,complete reversal is possible.In that case, believe your doctor and be happy.

Madam,Amlodepine is a commonly prescribed calcium-channel blocker is usually well tolerated and does not usually affect Liver functions as a general rule.Individual acceptability, sensitivity etc have to be kept in mind.

Sir, analysis and clarification of your result-CAP score 400 dB/m-Steatosis gradeS3-Portion of liver affected by fatty changes-more than2/3rds (67%). Liver stiffness 9.7 KPa.indicates moderate scarring,spread outside the liver. As far as your question reversal panna mudiyuma,it can be answered with finality by a Hepatobiliary Specialist only,which I am not.Consult one for the answer. Change your life style,follow the steps advised in the video and hope for the best.

3rd stage,non -alcoholic fatty liver disease means there is significant fat accumulation possibly with inflammation and liver cell damage.But it is still possible to reverse or manage NAFLD through lifestyle changes,particularly diet and exercise. 1.weight loss 2.regular physical activity. 3.diet: a.fruits and vegetables (berries,oranges, broccoli,leafy greens,carrot) b.whole grains (oats,brown rice,whole wheat products) c.lean proteins(chicken breast) d.healthy fats(olive oil, avocado,nuts,fatty fish,seeds e.low glycemic index foods.(lentils,beans,non starchy vegetables and fruits like apple and pears).
