I did this workout 3 days ago. Wanted to do it everyday, but I'm so out of shape that my body was crying. I rested 2 days, but I didn't stop. I did another session today, so I'm back moth***** and will continue this for the 90 days until I will be satisfied with my body.

@@Anirudh_krishna Hi, lost few kgs, but I was skinny fat. Most important thing is that I have lost 10 cm in waist and got much more muscular. I did this training mixed with lifting weights, because that was best for my type of body :)

Oh yes absolutely. You'll need to take BCAA for that. One tablespoon heap in 300 ml of water. Thrice daily.

I am doing all fat burning cardios at your channel started from level 0 beginner , this one is the most difficult as i also have an old injury in my left ankle , the consistency made me feel so much pain . i need to do it after warming up next time

Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from Next Level Diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!

@@smileok123698 I started all the way from lvl 0.5 as I was not strong. Then every 2 weeks i was going up 0.5 in level. When i was doing lvl 2.5 fat burning and strengthening I was looking good already. I also did intermitent fasting. I was eating tuna sandwich at 12 am. Then at 6 dinner anything I wanted. Glass of red wine. All the way. Lost a lot of weight and feek great.

I'm 45 and this will be my first time. However, after doing cardio for a year with 100 burpees every other day. I'm more than confident that this will help me burn more belly fat. Started with a waist 42 and now I'm a 34. Lost 30 pounds of fat so far. Just need to get the belly under control now. Good for you and for those who can't. Start the next day. Little by little. Don't give up on yourself.

If you want death, try switching out the jumping Jacks and bicycle crunches to maybe jumping Lunges and star jumps maybe 😂. All the jumping exercises are death sentence 😂🤣😅

Yes i was happy that the last one was jumping jacks, till i saw the skull.... and he started doing burpees then i was like "WHAT?!!".. But ok i completed this workout finally. Love this!

ha! you got me! I thought the last 30 was Jacks so I did Bicycle Crunches instead - then I noticed you doing Burpees! So I went back and did 30sec more of Burpees! Level this one up and do the Decend in the opposite sequence so we do most bicycls, burpees, etc! Great workout! #keepupthegoodworkouts !

@@jordanyeohfitness Finally did this today. It surely would have been a 5 in 2019. But after having done your other level 5s and the burpee special many times, this definitely feels like a 4. It's very enjoyable still. Are we ever getting a level 6, Jordan?

I have done this workout for 8 days consecutively 1st thing in the morning, followed by OMAD in afternoon. At 1st it was tough, trust me the more consistent u r the better u perform. Consistency is the king! Thanks Jordan! This is the most motivating workout I have done so far, keep me going!

After the first 12 mins I almost gave up, its been a month since I haven't done no cardio, then I decided to go all out and keep and constant pace which wasn't too aggressive, i was amazed with myself that I finished the whole 30 mins without pausing. So proud. Thank you for this great video

im 16 yrs old, im 5'10 and 65kg, i just started working out again after 3 years, i have no money to go to the gym.
