There's actually a charity here in the UK called "Save the Children" which uses a very similar red and white logo to the one that these people are using, if that isn't proof that they're trying to mislead people into believing it's an actual charity, I don't know what is.

The funniest part about influencers saying "Not financial advice," is that it literally means nothing. Zero, unless they are a registered financial advisor. It won't help them in court. The reason why financial advisors say that to begin with is because they can be liable for the outcomes of their customers' decisions. Like, if I was a FA and someone came up asking me if I should buy XRP, if I gave them an answer and they acted on that answer, then I would be liable in court, UNLESS I told them specifically, "this isn't financial advice." Influencers are not financial advisors. Them putting that in their tweets is just meaningless and pointless. It adds no transparency, nothing. They're still shilling a scam coin and if the SEC ever gets the man-power to come down on them, boy, are they gonna be in some pretty deep shit.

Save The Children is a real charity with a very similar logo, has anyone informed them about this infringement on their trademark? They definitely have a case and would probably be interested in pursuing it because for a charity, being associated with fraud is a real bad look.
