Roblox is highly incosistant with their enforcement of community guidelines, a majority of the most popular games breaks TOS, so they get ignored, less popular games are stricken more frequently but the sheer amount of games on their site is incredible, and an overwhelming portion of them break TOS in some manner, the only difference between this game and the others is that this one has a spotlight on it from the community out of sheer chance.

I remember playing this game with my friend a while ago, I've never felt so uncomfortable by a roblox game. It wasn't visually weird but it just had a unsettling vibe and feel to it. And it made me think multiple times “is this some sort of cult arg?” I wanted to just go and play some tf2 but they really wanted to play it so I just decided to continue.

They really put the “kid friendly” in roblox.

I love Divine Sister It’s just a horror game with lore and an eerie feel (and it’s kind of cannibalism but it’s like a monster thing) I was playing De Pride Isle and she (Valindra) was having the church share their experiences to a crowd in the game. After you would share your story, she would positively reinforce you. She is actually very nice (to me at least) and interacts with people who play her games. My favorite is Les Beyond East where you travel as a farmer in a strange village in the Philippines but demons live there and you have to hide out in your house. If you are a demon you have to survive by eating humans. I recommend the games and games similar to them, I think they’re really fun. (People speak and dress a certain way depending on the games though)

the crazy thing is that i played this game whenever i was 14 and still vividly remember it 2.5 years later. last time i checked the server is no longer up but omg playing there was so much fun.

As someone who used to be pretty active on the site many years ago, I can tell you that Roblox has too many crazy rabbit holes to count. So much of it is going undocumented too.

I used to play De Pride Isle Sanatorium and Les Beyond East all the time, it's more like a rpg with slight horror aspects than anything. It may seem culty if you don't understand the sort of aesthetic they're going for. Basically you start at a village, go to the boat to get to the sanatorium and live your life. Listen to the nurses and get holy water to not turn into a spider at night. The more you twitch the closer you are to being a spider. Les Beyond East is basically the same but instead of spiders there are demons that you need robux to get the special fruit to become a demon. Honestly I find all the military groups and rpgs weirder than these ' cults '. Edit: I stopped playing De Pride and Les Beyond East because most servers at the time didn't have nurses, nurses are basically admin. To be a nurse you have to fill out an application that's only accessible at certain times and you can't do anything when no nurses or higher ups are in game. Valindra sounds pretty bad in some cases but most of the document does sound like a karen. Edit 2: With the poop eating stuff.. There are two games that are still up called ' poop eating simulator ' where you eat poop.

I can explain how the game works kinda. So the nurses aren’t actually bad, basically you’re a patient living in the sanitarium but you can leave at any time. You start twitching and stuff and eventually start turning into a spider at night and can kill other players. That’s why there’s holy water to stop that. The spiders generally just hang around memeing while people try to survive the night

Excited to see someone finally reporting on De Pride Isle. I was a nurse in that game, and it was super fun, but the things I could tell you (with screenshots, if I can dig those up) about the owner of that game and her scandals. I even have evidence of a higher up abusing admin privileges on me in the game.

i used to play this game and stopped for a while, I didn't know anything that happened but when I came back to see what was going on, it was all spiders. Then I learned about everything and I'm super disgusted that all of this happened

Church of Decay is a legit cult genre that does have Cannibalism. There is also a Lovecraftian Order. Those are the two most popular semi-unknown, yet big Roblox cults.

I met a good friend in the game, and we wanted to make a myth ourselves! Though sadly, we never got that far. But anyway, I had great memories with the game itself. (I did kinda get mad that the scoliosis patients are gone now- it was really fun xd) I later learned of alot of shit that happened in the community and I feel bad for every nurse that got harrassed. The whole collection of “evidence” is so damn satirical. There’s poop, gore, urine, and other nasty shit all over different games, especially the older games when the creators were creative KIDS. Obviously the cult is a joke and I feel bad for the friend group who just wanted extreme roleplay games to enjoy, and they had to gatekeep it cause of all the underaged kids invading the site and report spamming games that aren’t actually bad.

I remember trying to sign up to be a nurse so me and my sister can do a roleplay about it, but the process is like really long so I never got accepted. All in all, I'm glad I didn't get in, the community is racist and toxic I kinda dodged a bullet.

At this point, this is just a genre on Roblox lol. It's a breed of horror on the site, basically, in that you're stuck in a large, prestigious building-- an asylum, orphanage, boarding school, what have you-- and at night people become monsters or get knives and try to kill you. Along with neglect from the nurses or whatever the game has, as according to a lot of these types of games, they won't feed you unless you're in a uniform and clean (there's a hygiene need). You can literally starve to death in these games. The cult stuff is weird, but it's really meant to be. It supposed to unnerve you. It's a horror game, it's supposed to mess with you, make you feel weird and uncomfortable, and it does that well. Pride Isle is a bit weirder than the others and definitely seems off in a genuine way, but a lot of the other inspired games seem to just be for fun and to be a disturbing horror experience. Ngl I personally think it would be a pretty good concept for a horror plot off of Roblox for another game, or a movie or show.

You know, Roblox is a big part of my childhood. Everyone who played on the site for more than a year knows that these kinds of stuff exist on the site. One time a well known animator in the community was actually a pedo who targeted children in their discord server.

These things are pretty common. There’s entire communities devoted to either investigating them or being in on of them.

I actually play this game and what happened is that they used to act like a cult until roblox took the game down because they didn’t like it at that state. So they got rid of it and put the game back up and it’s still there to this day. They had to get rid of the cult part to the game in short but I do remember how fun the game was when it wasn’t removed.

So I know I'm late to this but just for future reference the symbol at 19:03 is not a pentagram, it's a pentacle, and it isn't satanic or evil, it's Pagan/Wiccan and is used to symbolise balance and harmony between elements and is intended to be positive and protective. That being said, I think most likely whoever designed the map intended it to be "oo spooky satan symbol for shock value" because it's a horror game, but this is just a minor edit on terminology :)

Now this is nostalgic.. I originally joined after watching some myth hunting videos on it and having fun in the game. But I eventually left the group after finding out it stole from COV, in the end both ended up being toxic. It’s just that Divine Sisters is still here, but I’m not sure what they do nowadays. For a group that was accepting of sexuality it’s creator oddly wasn’t so accepting of other things such as religion and race.

Pride de la Isle is weird. I played that game months ago for shits and giggles with friends but the mods in that game are legit creepy. They act like complete robots and It seriously makes me think if they act like that in day to day interactions with other people.

I worked in cult of vin from late 2019 to 2020(?) I think, worked six months as a maid and I only got promoted to nurse cause of someone else I knew was a high rank and I didn’t realize that till much later. Again, I don’t know if it’s still the same but I was miserable there tbh. From when I was there, it felt like you only got promoted if you were with/close to higher ranks or if you had a good art style with making fanart for the group. It felt like it didn’t matter how much you worked, it only mattered who you knew or were associated with. (Again, this is simply how it came off to me.) Also, higher ranks were pretty aggressive at times and very intimidating plus I overall felt unsafe at times especially when one of vin’s friends were banned by a head nurse for making jokes about grooming i believe when some major roblox myth got exposed. I hope things improved cause I was seriously so miserable working there and I realize now that I only stayed cause I wanted to work with my friends at that time and it gave me something to do. No hate towards the group but I hope there’s been an improvement amongst staff.

i used to be apart of this! i was a lower rank though, i wasnt a nurse or anything the gore only starts when you dont drink holy water, and turning into a spider takes a long time too (unless you buy unholy water, btw everything there is super pricey!) it is a very fun game too play and rp in. though i feel bad for the nurses because they have to act like these clueless idiots while they get absolutely nothing for working so much everyday, that's why there aren't that many nurses anymore in the servers.

My friend Jude is a moderator for this game. According to him, the cult stuff is all bullshit. The whole thing was originally made to be an ARG where one person "plays the game" and suddenly people start stalking them irl. Unfortunately, Roblox didnt want their good name slandered so they shut it down. This was the aftermath as sort of a "Well, we will ruin your name anyways, fuck you" approach.

The game is actually really tame, though Valindra has the goddess' problems, yeah. There's no cannibalism cult, in fact the nurses are supposed to imprison/cure people turning into monsters using the holy water drops.

Literally this is only like 30 people I played this with a friend for over a year before it blew up-essentially if you enter the main building you are forced to attend “classes” by nurses or get either put in a locked dorm/cell or ejected from the school for the rest of the day and then lunch came were you go and eat now the mechanic is if you don’t eat you either pass out or transform into a monster originally just a zombie and the nurses have to hunt you down while you then eat people in the dorms and school while everyone locked outside is also eaten-it was definitely a horror related roblox game that was passed off different as you start in a cave with a dock that you then get on a boat and transported through beautiful scenery and led to a village with venders and homes then on the way to the building there are trees with fruit and other plants to consume and once you enter the main building it’s entirely different and at night people act “fantasies”

I actually used to play this game a lot back on 2019. It was really scary, but fun (the fun I'm referring to is that I met lots of friends and we helped each other survive the nights and such. It was a typical horror game that was actually fun and interesting.). I'm part of the roblox group and I thought this was just some roblox myth (roblox has a lot of myths so this game wasn't really a surprise). I didn't let my curiosity consume me and didn't searched about the game and its background (because man, that was back on 2019, okay?
