FBI arresting people for misdemeanors is all that needs to be said.

8:30 as a retired LEO of 28 yrs. I've never seen a misdemeanor trespass brought to court in full restraints. I'm sad for the status of law enforcement today.

Saika, the FBI didn't arrest you, brother. They kidnapped you. Kidnapping is what we call an unlawful arrest.

From a fellow J6er with a beautiful wife and two kids: never in my wildest dreams would I have thought a misdemeanor would lead to an FBI investigation, cuffs in a jail cell, ankle monitor, probation, fines and a google smear campaign against my reputation. It’s all a show and I will be praying fervently for Siaka and his family.

We are living under a two tier justice system with the criminals in charge.

My husband would not let me go to the Capitol Jan. 6. We are Christians, and he was ADAMANT that I not go, and even though my patriotic streak was almost irresistible, I complied with his request. In retrospect, I was so glad he wouldn't let me go. I grieve for the poor people who have had their lives devastated by this corrupt government. Thank you for sharing your story.

This was an awesome interview and fact telling story! At 70 years old, I am ashamed to have witnessed what our Government, Judicial system and our society has become. I hope I live long enough to witness the reversal of that decay and a return to the values and morals that made our country great!

I'm a retired LEO and worked with the FBI off and on and I'm ashamed to say I did. As a crisis intervention team leader we would never raid a house for a misdemeanor. It's all about the theatrics and have your neighbors judge you.

Always lovely to see how efficient our criminal justice system is arresting someone for a non-crime three years after the fact.

Absolutely no reason that they could not have given you a simple phone call man. You are not in any way some random criminal that we deal with daily and tactically had to be apprehended in public. I was at the Capitol on Jan 6th but we had driven from the Ellipse about 30 minutes before Trump's speech ended so we ended up driving around the block for at least an hour before parking. We witnessed the flash bombs and pepper spray from the vehicle while dozens of police sirens whirled past us. By the time we walked up on the Capitol you wouldn't have even known anything had happened. People were happy, jovial, and singing Patriotic songs. It was the most AMAZING crowd I had ever been around (both there AND at the Ellipse). The Capitol Police were standing up in a big line across the steps of the Capitol to keep people from going through and no one was challenging them. This was on a different side from where the broken window occurred. Because cell phone coverage was horrible that day, we were still trying to figure out what had actually happened. As soon as I heard the MSM spin on it I KNEW it was a bunch of crap. They're using it now to continue their political persecution against Trump supporters and Conservatives. I've been praying fervently well BEFORE the "Summer of Love" happened. I don't know how these people who are going along with it live with themselves.

There's an FBI supervisor that goes to my gym. He told me that it was his dream job but now he's so ashamed to be connected with the agency that he's looking for a new job. Whenever I see him, he hangs his head and looks away. It's so sad.

This is what an American patriot looks like. A gifted actor and comedian. These are the people the FBI is focused on. Any candidate that doesn't advocate for the abolition of this long corrupt agency is not worthy of being our leader.

Excellent interview. I really appreciate Siaka's commitment to Jesus and his family. I have previously enjoyed his humor and acting abilities, but now my level of respect has increased exponentially as he takes a stand for truth in the midst of persecution for expressing his First Amendment voice.

I thought he was just a funny actor but now I think he's brilliant. He should be called to speak at churches.

I'm a retired Marine, retired in 97, I just turned 66, been a big fan of the Bee for a long time. I had considered going to the capital, I was stationed in Richmond three and a half years and was there quite a bit as a professional Marine, Staff and Gunnery Sergeant, and I've been really angry about the steal since it took place. I had no idea you'd been arrested, I don't personally know anyone who was, I live out in the country, I lost my wife to m.s. three years ago so all this happened while I've been reeling from the events. I thought this was one of your regular comedy's, and I'm glad it's not. This story is far more important than most precisely because who you guys really are. I'm also a Christian, since coming back from Beirut in 83. This is an incredibly powerful interview, one of the best I've watched in years. I had no idea it was to be anything but an ordinary skit as you guys do so well. I've said several prayers just watching this. The left lives on "projection", anything one is accused of is precisely what they are actively doing and heralding. Again, one of the most powerful interviews you've done in the last year or so. By the way, I grew up in Chicago, enlisted to get out of that city. All of you at the Bee are awesome, and this was much more than I expected, thanks so much for sharing all of this with us. I blame the “January 6th Insurrection Narrative” on the Republican leadership. At every turn they should have vociferously defended the citizen’s right to peacefully assemble and protest. It was never an insurrection. A true insurrection requires arms and force.

So they looked though the camera footage, ID'd this guy and arrested him for strolling into the Capitol building and walking out. Normally, the FBI would say "this guy did not participate in anything bad, it's not worth going after him on a shaky misdemeanor charge." Instead, they hunted this man down for essentially jaywalking. This is a really bad sign.

Absolutely amazing story. I wish you had an edited version describing walking in the Capitol through a door that was opened for you and that did not say no trespassing, peacefully standing with police that did not tell you to leave and then leaving peacefully when told to do so and being handcuffed in front of your pregnant wife 2 years later. There are so many people I would want to send that to but they wouldn’t have the attention span to watch the full hour. This is wrong. What’s happening is wrong.

Wouldn’t the statute of limitations run out by 2-1/2 years? He is only charged with misdemeanors. Oh yeah, we’re talking about a conservative Christian here.
