I try to tell people all the time about this movie. The best reference I can come up with is , it's like CB4, but better, way better. Caught this in the 90's. I can't remember if I rented it or saw it on HBO, or something, but the title automatically caught my attention being a PE fan, and I love movies like this. I'm also into Rock and Metal, so for me this movie reminds me of a Rap version of Spinal Tap.
