I am an English language student. I am barely beginning to understand you because yours espeeches, are very fluent to me because I am an english apprentice. Thank you very much, understand you in a completely way is my purpose.
Wow this is true and enlightening. As a designer who experienced a lot of rejection it made me fear failure, which led me to be a perfectionist and so I procrastinate in every given project. You can also connect this as a result of being a man pleaser.
Ah you make a good point - being a people pleasure and having a strong desire (or need) for social validation can absolutely lead to fear of failure due to the ‘social rejection’ that you associate with failure. Have you found any effective ways to work through your fear of failure?
I do the same...you have put it so well..beginning every single project is associated with fear and then procrastination, I do agree...it results from people lashing back on us and we end up reciprocating that by punishing ourselves by procrastination and mental dilemma..but how do u avoid that..i mean how do u face that fear..can u share?
@@prunes794 @Shadé Zahrai Every time I’m in this state I just accept the reality that I’m stuck but there is also this reality where you really have to move forward and make progress. While I procrastinate, I do research regarding my project, because for me enough knowledge about my project boosts my confidence that I can do a good job. It’s a learning process and sometimes I still stumble on this part. Don’t be too hard on ourselves too. This helps
Best teacher, who teaches us,how to live, how come back to our peaceful life, from any kind of depression, tension. Best Guru so call in Indian philosophy.
I have been noticed that I am afraid of fear of failure, i didn't work on atychiphobia over the time, thanks for sharing this wonderful information with us.
I learnt after 50 years of age that no matter what any relationship is, it is basically just a type of transaction between two persons. It can be physical, emotional or social but it is just a transaction between two persons. This was an eye opener for me and I am now living in totally different world and my expectations towards myself and my near or dear ones are totally different. Second thing I learnt was everything I do (Even when I get married or have kids) I do it for myself and to make me happy or make me feel better. My wife or my kids or my house.... everything is to make me feel better.
Found the channel via Instagram, really motivating.. please keep us motivated. I use to hold back from things, this open up my mind, will implement this. Thanks for the video.
You bring positivity to many people’s life . Failure or success depends on how you think if we always think we move forward whether we get whatever we needed sometimes what we thought at that time wasn’t not the best for you .. thank you shade you make my many days better..
Thank you. Time to jump. I agree, Stephany Meyers was rejected 21 times for Twilight and even encouraged to see a psychiatrist... I imagine their reactions when they saw the success of the books and the movies.... BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!
I have all these problems, fear of failure, perfectionist mind and a procrastinator. Since i have failed so many times and usually it back fires when i have shared my plans with friends and then they start to criticize. So i made 2 changes, first of all i never share my plans until i achieve it. And second, if i do share it, i tell them that i am trying something new to fail in. This way they will have an answer and i also get passed the fear of failure.
This is great! I’m so happy you were able to find a strategy that works for you - and I especially love how you’re embracing the possibility of failing and seeing it as a growth opportunity - more power to you! 💪
I learning to be used to it. Since I’m looking for a job now, and went to hiring events, and interviews, and I don’t hear back. I feel bad that I am not able to get a job as fast as some people I know, but I got another one today, and I hope I get it.
Thank you Shadé. Fear is something I have suffered as a forex trader. I will put this tips to use, expose myself to risk so i can get more comfortable. Thanks again
Actual pain felt after failure will be less than the anticipated pain of failure. Failure imo hurts as you somehow see that you are not good enough and the world around you makes you feel that way
Thank you so much for this wonderful video, it was all I needed not to feel disenchanted with my own performance which led to a failure I didn't want to face.😢
So Many had Failures Rejections Dejections but came up So Successful. From Rajnikant called Thalaivar was driven out of home. Now A Millennium Super Duper Star known All over the World. Those who listen to you can come up Turning the Tables. ❤
Your accent is so clear that I am in literally in love with it. I had an Australian coach in my engineering training program... I could not believe that you are Australian... I thought you are Indian😄😄
For me may 23, 1989 at 2:37pm gave me my worst taste of failure that still haunts me to this day. I was 9 yrs old trying to keep my mom from dying. I failed her, my family and myself. And my mind won't let me forget either. Every night in my dreams I watch her die. I've watched her die over 12,000 times.
You are inspirational speaker. I really notice about your presentation and way you speak. Great. I want to be in such position where I can speak up clearly with confidence.
Regarding JK, I've heard similar about Thomas Edison and all the ways he learned how not to make a light bulb. But as a Potterhead, knowing we wouldn't have such an amazing franchise if she had given up, penetrates deeper!
Trying to think of an inspirational quote now. Hagrid: "You're a wizard Harry" JK: "And no one would know your story had I given up getting it published after so many rejections"
thanks mam this side vansh oneof your biggest fan watching you since a long time i have become a more and more motivated now you charismatic look energies me the most ☺😊😇❤❤
I can relate to this and thankfully overcome, great ideas and explanations, @shadé zahrai you are helping people a lot for which we should be thankful!😊
Thank you so much Felix. My husband and I produce these videos together and it means so much when we receive positive feedback. We hope that you continue to get value from them. 😊
🎉 U are my best instructor ever ; I admire ur tireless effort with patience, " continuous dripping of H2O undeniably can brake a rocky hard emotional behaviour, would u keep it up ? It's not only work; but , it's kind of u , indeed!❤
But some people like my 37 year old husband have difficulties overcoming the fear of failure. I tried studying with him he was not able to concentrate or he wants to go to his friends - or he starts making excuses - so I have given the hope up that he will overcome his fears.I can not force him.He has wasted many oppurtunities and chances in his life due to his fear - he had rejected twice Job coaching ,and a 3 year long job training with exams and keeps making excuses he is not capable. His attitude is regretable but I have realized after 3 years of staying with him that I can not change him and if he does not want to understand, what can I do?
Watching from T&T 🇹🇹 Struggling with fear and failure, ever since my first bad experience from a horrible death experience attack after losing my both parents and some siblings, never had counseling about it, And always frightful about any small issues p, I'm to the point where it's beginning to become a normal I need help...cause I'm loosing lots of good people in my life Tanks much 💖 What can I do?
I have been thinking about something for a long time and this video just pushed me over the edge... I had something in my for a collaboration for both Us Shade ! Let me know if can talk out the details
I have a mixed accent - I’ve lived in Australia most of my life and my family lived in England prior to coming here. On the other hand my husband (while I spend almost every waking minute with) has a neutral American accent. Mine has become a blend 🙂
What i like about your accent ,as someone who lives in Morrocco ,is very clear and ur tone and rythm while emphasizing key idea makes it stick in my head
