no disrespect bro but you need to make your videos a little longer and better quality sound, and be more consistent on RU-vid..... RU-vid is like a muscle you have to hit it consistently or you lose your gains which are your followers and if you do the opposite you put on gains= more followers. you know 80 to 90% of Fitness fans on RU-vid are beginners and most of them are just kids in high school that dont really know much about fitness or nutrition and they look up to people like Chris Jones Christian Guzman and a lot others... you have a big competition bro but all you have to do is teach these kids how to exercise how to eat, take them through your day of eating, track your macros and show them your results and be more consistent with these videos and you'll see the change. well that's just my advice, wish you luck bro. no less than 3 videos a week and no less than 10 min long.
