You have no idea what you are talking about. Ned Kelly was NEVER a folk hero. He was loathed throughout NE Victoria in the 1870's. Where did you get the idea that he was a hero? I suppose from fictitious books written by Ned Kelly fans.
There are three videos on Ned Kelly: Extra History, Simple History, and Feature History, which one's the best? (same goes for the Emu War, just replace Extra History with Oversimplified)
@@idonhaveanyideawhattocallm1472 Sam is telling the truth and exposing the myths that are not true. Ned Kelly was a stand-over-thug and a vicious murderer.
@@idonhaveanyideawhattocallm1472 Hatred? Nope. Just correcting the numerous rubbish that you believe is true. Nothing in this video is true. You are watching a load of fictitious rot.
Let me tell the story of another outlaw of the bush, who fancied himself more than a petty bandit, 'Captain' Virgulino Ferreira da Silva, more well known under the nickname of 'Lampião' (lantern). Honestly I was gonna write this huge wall of text about this guy, but Wikipedia, despite its reputation as a faulty source, does have a decent english language article on Lampião that tells it all much better than I ever could: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lampião
Ned kelly seems to be pretty popular rn it seems, i've watched like 3 different people cover this dude. Still great to know this history tho because it is very interesting.
