I have been watching Royal Pains on Netflix, it’s a series about a Dr. who makes house calls to the rich in the Hamptons-I think you’d like it. Glad your foot is getting better. I always had cracked heels too. Have a great weekend Danielle.

Thanks for the recommendation on the foot cream! My husband had his shoulder surgery last Wednesday. Tell Bill to plan on sleeping in a recliner chair right after the surgery. Sleeping in a bed, even on the type that raise and lower like ours does is painful.

Love your diamond paintings. I would put a hanger in the closet and keep several hanging in there maybe more than one on a hanger and rotate them out throughout the year. I couldn't stand to part with one!

This is from a friend if mine. From my friend Cathy I have osteoarthritis in my feet and toes.. I also have plantar fasciitis. I stand at work 6-8 hours a day I started putting Castor Oil on my feet at night before bed. All over, right on the skin. About 2 months ago there were days I could not even walk. The Castor Oil has helped 100% Organic, cold pressed, Hexane and Chemical free.. It helped with in 5 days of using Hope this helps someone else.

Brooks are great shoes! Cracked heels have plagued me for 25 years, it's so annoying. The only thing I've found that consistently seems to help is a scoop of collagen peptides in my coffee in the morning (just the blue and white container one you can get at Sam's or Costco). Within about two weeks the cracking stopped and never came back.

Welcome to the problem feet club! I love my Brooks. It’s the only brand that I’ve been able to wear comfortably-granted, I’ve been limited in the brands I’ve tried bc dang! Wonky feet require expensive shoes. I want to order the urea cream for dry feet. I bathe mine in vaseline before going to bed. It’s constant upkeep with these 70 year feet! How do you like diamond painting with the mesh ruler? Poinsettia Pixie’s frame turned out beautiful! Do you seal the canvas when using the hanging frame since it’s not behind glass?

I love diamond painting with the mesh ruler. It goes quicker as I am not taking the time to straighten my diamonds as I lay them down. I do not seal the canvas when using the magnetic frame. April Fairy has been up for over a year and I have not had a problem.

Hi Danielle! Isn’t Intermittent fasting awesome??!! I am down 19 pounds since Jan 1 (I have more to lose than you do…) I feel fantastic. Can’t get over how energized I feel. 1-2 pounds a week is a very realistic goal. Good for Bill too! Poinsettia pixie looks fabulous. Love the blue washi and the paint you used on the frame! Watched Saltburn and was kinda of confused. I think the hype is a certain sex scene, which I found gross, and then the very end full frontal male nudity. He is dancing all around the house. I found it quite comical.
