You have identified a problem , so please give feasible, workable, practical and effective solution . Most of treatment plants are underdesigned , also very expensive to operate . In Surat Gujarat India they have come up with a solution that they treat the sewage and recycle the water back to textile industries at a given price . Because of water shortage industry is happy to use this water of low TDS instead of boring water of high TDS . The Surat municipal corporation is doing a good job and it is a win win situation .
