This thunderbolt will be going up for sale on ebay. It is completely functional. The top rotor box has some sheet metal damage but no internal damage. Right now it is setup for 208 3 phase. The only part that needs 3 phase is the 7.5hp blower motor. You could change the motor to a 240vac version or just get rid of it all together and use a leaf blower. It doesn't take that much air to make it loud but the more air the louder it is.
This setup is only temporary and is not meant to use regularly this way. Proper wiring will need to be done. It is only put together this way to be able to ship it and let the buyer do all the customizing.
