Bubbe, i loved this recipe! I have been making Kugel with Cream Cheese instead of the milk. i used whole milk, and it came out perfect. Thank you for sharing, it was delicious and very interesting!! You make me miss my sweet Nana!

Luchen is known as noodles. Another name you could call it is noodle pudding.

I made this exact recipe not to long ago. I don't know what I did wrong but it turned out to have way to much liquid. I did it all exactly as shown... damn my Gentile hands. lol Only difference is I used a pyrex pan verses aluminum.
