I always do this when my period starts. It is the only stretching routine that erases my cramps.

There are a few factors needed in programs for developing a six pack easily. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (google it if you're interested) it's the most helpful plan i've seen. look at the unbelievable info .

As a runner I find these stretches and warm--up moves most fitting for my impending runs. Thank you so very much, just wish I had discover your site before all of my torturous lower back and knee pains.

I have been working out with Fitness Blender since 2011. I maintained my weight over the years and even dropped 6 kg so I am at a great weight for my age. Although sometimes I don't have time to do a longer workout, there is always a great video to do so that I stay active even when I am tired and don't want to exercise. I mix and match and do these with my kids as well to get them into the habit of homeworkouts

Haven't stretched in a long time. This is just the right length for my weekday morning and contains stretches I haven't done before. Thanks for posting it!

I've been doing this twice a day every other day, and on off days I'm doing Short and Sweet Stretch | 15 Minute Total Body Home Stretch and Flexibility Routine. I start with a 5 minute cardio warm-up. and then do the routines. I chose this one specifically because it's 15 minutes and that's how long I've committed to stretch for twice a day for this month. I really like this video because of the commentary throughout. Certain queues within this video for common stretches (the cat stretch) I carry with me to all instances of doing the posture - so great job on enumerating the purpose and technique of the stretches. Your workouts are fantastic I lost hope in loosing weight but since I'm doing the hit workout I'm loosing weight. The exercises are clean and motivating. Thankyou and keep up the good work you should be proud

Just done this after doing the low impact cardio routine and before going to bed(I usually do the workouts on a morning before work but didn't have the time this morning) and it's actually made me that relaxed I yawned through most of the video and ready to go straight to sleep now 😂

I love to start my day with a stretching workout. I have done several of yours over the last couple of weeks and I have found my favorite of all time at this point! This is a great stretch for anytime of the day! Thanks for your amazing videos.

Thank you, we enjoy your stretching routine. I would like to see a 10 min standing stretch routine before a walk or bike and a 10 min for after the bike and walk exercise.

I have completed this stretching routine as a cool down after your hiit training a few times now and I always feel so great afterwards. Thank you so so so much guys. (Ps you guys are cute, Kelli's always smiling in the videos... can't help but think of the jog in place song whenever I'm doing it now!! :3)

I'm introducing this as my daily "pre-work" and "mid-work" routine. It's my second day today, I've just finished doing it and I'm getting to work! Sitting behind a desk all day seems less tiring when I do this!

this is a great video , i love it!!!! guys please please please do a workout for hamstrings, there are many fitness videos in youtube for inner thighs outer thighs squats, but there's nothing focusing on the hamstrings, and this is a really problem area for women. please please pleas ;-)

. For distance runners, perhaps the most difficult part of the run is at about the half mile/mile distance. At that distance runners are about finding their rhythm in stride and breathing, these workout seems to take care of that because I feel as if my breathing is optimal from the start when I do these workouts.

I love this, always use it as a cool down. I feel so peaceful by the end! Nice mix of yoga, pilates and general stretching :)

I'm surprised I stayed for the whole session. I thought 15 mins was too long. After today's hike this cool down was wonderful.
