Welcome or welcome back beautiful friend, to a fun a fluid practice.
Thank you for being curious!
Today, we will mix a little bit stretchiness, strength, & balance for a well rounded practice. We will add some flow arm movements to weave a fluid element into the class, while moving breath-to-movement as always.
As always, come in with a light heart and open mind, and PLAY with it.

Hey! I really love your creative flows, it's unlike anything I have found on RU-vid but I really miss your "live" voice...I felt quite rushed in this flow, like I was constantly catching up. Also the adds got me super out of the flow...just some food for thoughts and me it's just me...please stay as creative as you are :)

These poses go so fast. Wouldn't it be better to hold them longer? 15 seconds? 30 seconds?

depends what you are looking for! If you are looking for a deep stretch or a mindfully slower practice, absolutely. However, these practices emphasize fluid movements to connect you to your breath. It involves more dynamic stretching instead of holding postures, which is how I got most of my flexibility, + some unpredictable transitions to keep you on your toes & out of your habitual comfort zone :)
