I've heard several other people who have gluten issues say they can eat pasta from Italy or pasta in Italy. Apparently they don't process the wheat the way we do in the United States.
The Sanmarzano tomatoes are by far the best. There’s a whole science behind how they are better for you. It’s all I use. They have sales on them from time to time and I always stock up. They’re great for sauce and soups and I even use them in my veggie chili… I’m not vegan, but we do eat a mostly vegetarian diet. I get a lot of good recipes from your channel!

You are not too old! couldn't Shawn help pick up sticks or do simp!e tasks like that? Doing yard work and gardening can actually be therapeutic .....its quiet and you can just focus on that. Yeah, I just felt my back about to go out....took Advil and getting heating pad. I did some work outside this am and it might be from that. I'm wayyyyyy older than you. Good luck with your back.
