Wonderful stallion! He is a tribute to this breed and to the world of dressage. I only wish I could have an entire field of his offspring. I am thankful for the two I have KB Jull Fahim +// and KB Kalila Fahim+) . All the offspring seem kind, athletic and versatile. Thank you Elaine for the gift of this great sire!
Meg has been a dream come true. To produce a purebred Arabian that really can show respectable dressage has been a lifetime goal. The icing on the cake is that his foals are growing up to be just as talented and capable. His first foal is also now a Grand Prix Champion.
What a wonderful stallion you have! He's beautiful, and athletic, and talented. So few breeders seem to remember the Arabian is a RIDING horse anymore.
Such a gorgeous horse(who doesn'tdream of a beautiful black Arabian stallion?).A pleasure to watch, such an impressive record, too. But that he gives you joy is best of all
Thanks!. I know what you mean. I appreciate my Arabians for their athleticism, too. The two songs are from the artist, Enya. The entry of the ride is "Anywhere Is". In the test, the trot and walk work is "Caribbean Blue" and the the canter work is "Anywhere Is", again.
@ironpawzz Thanks! This rider/trainer, Chelsey Sibley, is terrific. She has a gift along with her great skills. I learn so much by just watching and I someday hope to take over those light reins (when I'm good enough)!
@jzimmer564 Thank you! This Prix St. Georges test was in 2008 when he won the AHA National Championship. That score (average of two judges) was 69.5%. He also won Intermediate I, that year, with an averaged score of 65.75%. He is now showing Intermediate II and Grand Prix. His last Intermediate II was 66.05% and his first Grand Prix test was 62.34%
Wow ! I've said so often to people, someday, someone who is fascinated by the arabians like me will prove that an arabian thoroughbred CAN do WONDERFUL dressage! we just have to give them a chance. it is harder for arabians to get good grades than for any warmbloods.
Don't give up. Arabians CAN do dressage!! We are a force to be reckoned with when we show up to an open dressage show, too. Thanks for the great comment.
@BiXxsS You should see it in "person"!! ☺ I love to just watch the schooling and warm up. And, now that he is Grand Prix, he's even more fun to see. I plan to put a Grand Prix test on soon. Thanks!
WOW! What was your score? You are amazing and so is your horse. a real joy to see dressage the way I think IMHO it should me. No broken necks, no rollkur, no overbending, forward with collection, Thank you for entertaining and inspiring us :)
what an greatly trained horse!! arabians are defintely the best horse for just about any sport!! i myself do dressage with my arabian and each time i ride of those big warm blooded horses, the more i love arabians!!! what is the name of the songs that are played in this video?
@clbailey54 Thanks! I also appreciate that you are bringing your two Meg babies up through the ranks in the challenging discipline of dressage. Your horses are a credit to their sire as well.
@endurancegirly Chelsey Sibley is Meg's current trainer. I started him in the beginning, but he "out grew" my abilities and needed a trainer/rider that has more talent at FEI than I. She has done a wonderful job, but Meg is also a very wonderful horse. I agree that you often see incorrect ways of going and am very glad my trainer does it right!
Thank you! You should see some of his other videos and there are also some with his "kids". "Meg" is now semi-retired and I have him at home where I ride him daily. He made it to Grand Prix and, now, he will help me get there too.
@lydquine Thank you, so much, for the nice comments. That particular test averaged, between two judges, 69.5%. He is now at Grand Prix and his last score, last year, was 67.447%. Very proud of him!!!
oh my gosh! beautiful mover! The extended trot looks fantastic! The music i PERFECT! How did you train this hore? Its perfectly bended too! That you dont always see! Uually they are over-bent!
I thought I should add that daughter Jull is the reigning Grand Prix champion like her sire. She managed to keep the title going as national champion Prix St. Georges through Grand Prix. Nothing like it prior so I have to give credit to this guy!
I own KB Omega Fahim's++++// firstborn KB Jull Fahim +// who is also showing Grand Prix and is currently a 3 time national (SHN) FEI champion PSG thru I2. I think it says volumes about this stallion!!!.... and my mare is half Paint.....go figure. His offspring carries it on!!!
