Nice setup, I do basically the same thing but with a few small differences. I don’t spray my dosing cup, it gets a little sticky with the grinds, I do the RDT spray in a separate container. I use a wdt tool where the needles fan out rather than all straight down, it’s so much nicer you have to try it. I also use a bottomless portafilter with a little mirror to see how the shots pull (and it just looks cool). I also weigh my shots but I assume you already have the grind and time dialed in, plus you’re sweetening it so who cares about the extra stuff haha.
Hi! Thanks for the comment! I recently upgraded my machine so I don’t have as much tools which fit my new portafilter size! I do plan on buying a bottomless portafilter again (I had one on my last machine). I do like the idea of a different wdt but atm I’m just trying to slowly save up for new tools! It’s an expensive hobby 😅. I do weigh my shots to dial in but after I’ve dialled I just time the shot :)
