Is there a scan that checks everything in the abdominal area at the same time?

This is exactly what's been going on with me! I have had intermittent gallbladder pain for years. All ultrasounds show nothing wrong. I have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and probably have some endometriosis issues as well. I have found that taking Red Raspberry Leaf gets rid of the gallbladder pain, but I have to take it continuously (and it irritates my bladder unfortunately).

What if you have symptoms with no gall bladder I had gallbladder out still have problems
