Men have incredible upper body strength, women have great lower body strength. With her arms locked, she was using more power from her lower body and throughout her whole body in general, not relying on her arms so much.
To be fair, women have the advantage in this particular exercise. If you look, you'll notice his arms are bent at the elbow. The shoulders are wider which means the arms have to bend a bit to accommodate the width of the plate. That means his arms are doing more work. In her case, with a narrow shoulder girdle, she just has to hold her arms straight up which means the weight gets distributed straight down to her body
She’s smarter/more mobile, she had her arms locked out, relying on bone structure. He was using muscle, and muscle fatigues eventually. Concept used in Jiu Jitsu a lot for framing.
@@TheBenAllen. Yep. Totally fair.. a marine is a marine.. it's doesn't sit well with me as an American to know that our "weakest marine🥴" still isn't strong enough to outlast another country's woman. Even worse if she wasn't their strongest/toughest woman.
@@Ytj9957the world must be very scary for you if seeing a girl in the military have any capacity to potentially compete with males in the military….. i hear women also are great math too. We gotta stand together against the women being….. Capable. It’s not right because our “weakest” soldier isn’t better than every girl in the world at everything important in life
The next challange is who can hide the most spy gear in there well you guessed it it in the cia hand book a cigar tube is not enough with a nail fir making a shank and stuff get her done
