老闆我今天剛拿到新版a68,就像您評的,香氣很弱弱爆了,換來是甜感綿密,不苦不澀,尾韻悠長(苦感出很慢細細的)的圓潤咖啡。 但我超不爽,因為主要喝淺培手沖阿,香沒了喝個皮,那有人旗艦反而不均衡,頭部缺一塊的。 最後不是冷凍豆解決,是加一半的c40磨的粉,然後香氣就補回來了,兩個的優點都有了(好在不是兩個缺點都有了),補回香氣又有甜蜜圓滑的口感,但這樣換電磨,等於沒換還是要靠手😢😢。 有點想把這台電磨換掉了,老闆有適合電磨推薦嗎?

跟我們買豆子的客人,用新版 A68 搭配冷凍豆,效果不錯。 之後有試到好機器會拍影片跟大家分享。

反覆看了好幾次A68影片趁著優惠活動截止前一小時,訂了一台全黑版,謝謝推薦,我只聽你和另一位"大風"的心得,^_^,雖然才剛入手一星期Jmax.哈哈.

can someone please translate what he is saying about the differences between the burrs? Received my 2023 Version a few weeks ago and I really like it but there is no one in the west talking about this great grinder right now.

In short: - The new version produces fewer fines compared to the 2022 version. - In the cupping test conducted with light roast Ethiopia natural process beans, he tasted plum-like acidity, low-key style jasmine and peach flavors in the middle, and smoother/less astringency texture in the finish; while for the 2022 one, he tasted strawberry-like acidity, more pronounced jasmine and peach flavors and tea-like astringency in the finish. - The new version has good tolerance for making pour-over coffee. You are less likely to make a sharp, bitter or astringent coffee. - The new version is great for making espresso because you can grind even finer to pull a slower/longer shot with high-flow baskets such as WAFO and VST baskets. - The espresso he made with medium-light roast Kenya beans is well-balanced and rounded. He tasted plum-like acidity, black currant and Taiwanese Oolong Tea flavor in the middle, and toffee/caramel sweetness in the finish.

I'm not sure if you'll find this content relevant or useful, here’s why: - The title says, "I definitely did not find any difference," which seems to be sarcastic or some kind of humor that might be hard to grasp. - The only mention of the burrs starts at 3:53, where he tests the rate of fine grind particles, showing a result of 26% for old burrs versus 21% for new ones. The taste differences are translated above. - Besides comparing the new and old versions through cupping, pour-over, and espresso tasting, about a third of the video is spent mocking RU-vidrs who teach different pour-over techniques and exaggerate the differences between them. I've noticed there are some reviews from Western creators like Lance Hedrick that might provide more useful information.

受老闆推坑和做soe需求考量😂,咖啡展購入了一台全黑色新版A68,目前義式用得很開心,無殘粉做soe超舒服,配高流速粉杯與細研磨味道很滿意。有時做手沖卻發現味道走向跟習慣的k-plus手搖不太一樣(都用刻度吧6.5左右細研磨配switch濾杯),原來刀盤有改版啊...請問有讓風味酸香表現比較好的研磨度可以參考看看嗎?

我也是醉了。 這幾天在想浸潤(悶蒸)可以用到 1:4 的粉水比,或者萬不得已還是要磨粗多次斷水。 認真講,我是沒想到這樣惡搞沖喝起來還不差,就是那酸質真的很主流。 之後我有想到新的方法再回來留言一下。

後來想想,如果是細粉少的關係,那就把豆子拿去冷凍再研磨就好,這樣磨出來的細粉就會變多,粒徑也會集中些。 還沒試,要徵求物主同意先🤣

Hi! 請問你 K-PLUS 磨到 6.5 會篩粉嗎? 我手上沒有 Switch, 倒是最近入手了 GX2 跟 Flow, 或許可以挑戰磨這麼細. 到目前為止我最細只磨到 7.2. 過一陣子會入手 ZP6, Femobook 再研究看看, 我以手沖為主.

沒有篩唷!同樣刻度我也有搭配過gx2,手法是18.5g粉悶蒸後直接沖到300(前段繞圈做擾動,水淹上來後放低水柱沖在中心凸起來的地方讓水位均勻淹高)會有跟switch比較相近的口感

沒比較過耶,以我個人用 Niche Zero 的經驗,要磨到比杯測粗,表現才理想,比較不是個人口味🤣

假設閣下指的是 Flair 58+ 那依照喜好的味道來挑選即可 DF64 Gen2 雖然沒用過 但是這古早味刀盤 老屁股都喝到一個人生境界了 酸香揚 解析隨緣 喝個帶勁的 A68 新刀 圓潤霸口 機身調整易上手 單喝加奶兩相宜 唯獨酸質不噴 手壓會更難出酸
