It didn't take long for me to hate the defendant. There isn't a snowball's chance in hell that Judy didn't pick up on her attitude either. Do these people ever watch the show? You'll get a lot further if you remain calm, demure, and keep your mouth shut until it's your turn, then answer the questions. People may still lose if they are respectful, but at least they won't be her personal chew toy.
These judges always assume the other person is lying . Someone babbling doesnt mean theyre lying . Theyre just tryint to articulate words together . They might be nervous . Idk what the purpose is of even hearing the other person's side when they already have their mind made up on who they choose to believe. They could have proof and it wouldnt even matter. Sometimes theyre lucky to even get a chance to speak . Two things could be true at once. They both could be telling the truth from their own perspective. The plaintiffs lie too . Huge flaw in the justice system.
