I actually start playing at 1:53. All in all it's been a great guitar for me. A good workhorse to have. I have made a review with much more playing here: • Better Fender Redondo ...
I just purchased one of these yesterday from Reverb in the exact same color. Your video made me even more anxious for it to arrive Monday, but I'm not regretting my purchase. Thanks.
Bought one a week ago, mine with natural timber finish, thing looks amazing distinctly fender subdued a little but great sound and the scaled down dreadnought size is perfect for me.
Great review, Willie! I dig that guitar. I saw one today in a natural type finish, and it looks really cool too. Your guitar sound nice, and you did a great job with this vid. I am just like you on the tone thing..... I hate when they sound super bright. In fact, like you, I basically cut the treble out all the way, when I plug in. I cut treb and mid, and put bass on 10, so long as my amp setting can deal with it. Adjust from there. And to me, that gives a more natural, feely and warm type sound out of the amp. Keyboard amps and bass amps make it sound even nicer. Warmer. That's just me (and maybe you too).
Nice video! just got one in this exact color, unfortunately it has fret buzz probably a production mistake, had to send it back. But this video made me so excited for my new one!
