hello ok but I don t find how to see the chain list ; for example I tried with the preset acoustic plus vocal ,I have the intro ,verse, solo .... but if I want to add a boost on the preset , how do ou do to see the blocs chained ? and how do you do to change the colors of your labels?
You would go into preset mode and edit the preset to include a boost pedal. Right now there is now way to change the colors for the different parts of a song.
hello thanks for the answer ;; but I must precise I want the boost only on the solo section , but when I bypass it on others sections (intro, verse) it bypass it also on solo section ; for example I tried to bypass it on intro and save it , but when I ve done all , it bypass it even on the solo section
Wondering if you’ve ever had this issue I am making presets on the TMP and notice if there is a patch that involves the Maximus drive ,whenever I switch between presets I get loud digital pops and bangs If I switch multiple times with that pop transition ,after 4-5 times the unit freezes on the patch with Maximus drive The patch is usable and the unit shows the title change but the ui and the tone stays stuck on the Maximus included preset Have to turn it off and reset for it to come back to normal It happens every time and more so with custom made presets involving one or more of that pedal Have you ever experienced this or could you try it for me to see if it’s a universal software glitch or if I have a dodgy unit As far as I’m aware there is NO customer service for this ?? Thank you 🙏🏻
I tried this to test your question - I went back and forth from preset 11 to 12 to 13 and then back again. Then I tried other random presets, but always used preset 12 as the "middle" preset. What I found is that when I switch from any preset to preset 12, I'd hear a very quiet "thump". Preset 12 has the Maximus drive activated. Sorry if this is an obvious question, but are you using the current firmware, or the firmware that came with the TMP?
@@DougBsDigitalDen yes 1.1111 It’s more so on my own preset “maximums drive deluxe cloud reverb” That has a major thump more so than the factory preset 🤷🏻♂️ After another week of having it I’ve had many more issues Patches freezing , non responsive editor, loud pops while using global eq Clicks and distortions while playing Pretty friggin horrendous to be honest They guys at fender are very communicative and are looking into it but I may just have a bad unit cos it’s pretty much unusable and if everyone had these issues I’m sure there would be massive backlash I imagine they’ll have to replace it
really down t understand ?? when I edit for example. live free preset .. i have "vers live fre" on first foot switch where I bypass boost and delay then I make solo live free foot switch and I activate boost and delay and save it , and when I go back to verse live free boost and delay are again activate ...makes no sense

Infamously, the Tremeloes were signed and The Beatles were passed over because, "guitar groups will not make any money in the 1960's". Your mistake is not that bad. However, the customers who bought and use the Fender TMP are left wondering about the aliasing thing. But lets move on. A new discussion is afoot. The issue of adaptive noise-gating, playing with crossover frequencies, mostly 3kHz. Couldn't you use a regular noise gate and a parametric EQ. Or use two noise gates, one at the beginning and one at the end to tame the noise in the high gain settings that some people have. The general advice seems to be to not 'dime" the amp. I usually just run the noise gate at max for the amp. I try to increase sustain with a fair amount of compression but not get that breathing sound as I heard years ago when experimenting with dbx. I do get good results with some trial and error. Then experience helps after you have tried different options. A wise man learns from other people's mistakes, a fool learns from his own mistakes, except in marriage, sometimes there is no way to avoid mistakes.
@@DougBsDigitalDen Looks like Fender backed the Tremeloes too with the guitars. Have to watch the setlist video a few times but I am getting a better idea now. Thank you. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Hallo Doug, love my TMP. I know how to use Songbook pro with the TMP to recall a preset with a song in Songbook pro. Do you know the midi command tot recall a song from TMP when I use the songmode in the TMP. When that is possible that would be awesome for live use. Theo from Holland
Theo - Unfortunately there are no current MIDI commands that work with Song Mode on the TMP. I'm not familiar with Songbook Pro, but does it let you send more than one MIDI message per song part, like Intro, Verse, etc? That's the only thing I can think of right now.
